Vestigium Services were approached by LifeCo to provide assistance with an ongoing project to locate LifeCo’s legacy Gone Aways.

LifeCo were transferring their business, and to meet regulatory requirements, best efforts had to be made to reduce their Gone Away population ahead of the transfer. Historically LifeCo had used multiple internal and external methods to locate these Gone Aways. In some cases, these policy holders had been Gone Away for numerous years despite these efforts.

Vestigium received over 5000 records and found 55% straight away with the remainder held in Vestigium’s repository for on-going searching.
